SEND Partnerships

Helping schools, assessment providers and alternative provision services build better SEND pathways

Many SEND services work in isolation.

A family may have an Educational Psychologist report, but no clear plan for provision.
A school may know a child needs more support, but not know what evidence is needed.
A provider may deliver excellent work, but struggle to engage with schools or local authorities.

My work brings these parts together.

I support schools, assessment providers and alternative education services with the wider SEND system around assessment, EHCPs, provision planning, EOTAS, commissioning and outcomes.

Who I work with

Schools and Alternative Provision Settings

For schools that need practical SEND support, including:

  • EHCP reviews

  • Annual review preparation

  • SEND provision audits

  • Parent meeting support

  • Transition planning

  • Specialist placement evidence

  • EOTAS and alternative provision planning

Educational Psychologists, SALTs, OTs and MDT Providers

For assessment providers who want a trusted SEND partner to support families beyond the assessment itself.

I can assist with:

  • EHCP strategy

  • Section B and F analysis

  • Tribunal preparation

  • Working document support

  • Provision planning

  • Placement strategy

  • EOTAS package design

The assessment identifies need.
My role is to help translate that need into clear, costed, deliverable provision.

EOTAS and Alternative Education Providers

For tutors, mentors, therapists and alternative education providers who want to form part of properly designed education packages.

I support with:

  • Provider specifications

  • Outcome frameworks

  • Quality assurance

  • Evidence of progress

  • Package design

  • Local authority engagement

  • Parent and provider coordination

Why Partner With Me?

I spent almost twenty years working inside local authorities, including commissioning education, care and support services.

That means I understand:

  • How local authority commissioning works

  • How SEND provision is funded

  • How EHCP provision should be specified

  • How placement decisions are made

  • How evidence is used in tribunal cases

  • How providers can present their services clearly to families, schools and local authorities

Most SEND professionals understand their own specialism.

My role is to connect the wider system around the child.

Partnership opportunities

I am interested in speaking with:

  • Educational Psychologists

  • Speech and Language Therapists

  • Occupational Therapists

  • Clinical Psychologists

  • Autism and ADHD assessment providers

  • Specialist teachers and dyslexia assessors

  • Independent schools

  • Alternative provision providers

  • Tutors and mentoring services

  • Therapeutic education providers

This may include referral arrangements, joint working, EOTAS package development, school support, or provider growth and commissioning advice.

A complete SEND pathway

The aim is simple:

Assessment → EHCP → Provision → Placement → Outcomes

Families should not be left with professional reports and no plan.

Schools should not be left managing complex need without support.

Providers should not be left outside the wider commissioning conversation.

A joined-up SEND pathway gives children, families and professionals a clearer route forward.
