SEND Tribunal Support

Tribunal is the most high-stakes stage of the EHCP process. The LA has a legal team. You don't have to face it alone. Each stage of the process is available separately so you can get the right support at the right time without committing to a full package upfront.

Who this is for

Parents who have lodged or are considering lodging an appeal with the SEND Tribunal, at any stage of the process.

Case Review & Strategy — £495

The starting point for any tribunal case. I review your grounds for appeal, the strength of your evidence, the LA's likely position and the realistic prospects of success. You get a written strategy report setting out exactly how to approach the case and what needs to happen next.

SEND35 Submission — £395

Preparing your appeal notice to the tribunal. This is the document that registers your appeal and sets out what you are challenging. Getting this right matters — vague or poorly drafted grounds can limit what you can argue later.

Working Document & CRF — £395

Preparing the schedule of amendments — the working document that sets out what you want the EHCP to say — and completing the Case Reference Form. This is the document the tribunal focuses on and the LA negotiates against.

Evidence Submission — £295

Reviewing and preparing your evidence bundle (including your SEND35) for submission.

Hearing Day Preparation — £495 (£295 if a case review has been completed)‍ ‍‍

A written hearing preparation report covering the key arguments to make, how to present your evidence and what the tribunal panel will be focusing on.

Need more than one stage?

Most parents start with the Case Review and add stages as the hearing approaches. Tell me where you are and I'll tell you what you need.
