Contact and Case-related information — I may collect your name, email address, optional telephone number and the information you choose to provide through the enquiry form or by email about your child's education placement or Tribunal case.
Payment information — If you instruct me, payment instructions are provided with a formal invoice. This website does not collect or store your card or bank details.
Website usage data — general analytics data (such as pages visited and approximate location) collected automatically via Squarespace's built-in analytics
Why I Collect This Data
I use your personal data to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you've requested
- Deliver the Draft EHCP Health Check and provide your results
- Process payments for webinars and paid services
- Send you information you've specifically requested (such as a free guide or webinar joining details)
- Understand how visitors use this website, to improve it
Lawful basis
I process your data on the basis of consent (where you've submitted a form or made a request), and for the performance of a contract (where you've purchased a paid service or webinar).
How Long I Keep Your Data
I keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, typically:
- Enquiry and case-related information: for the duration of our engagement, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes
- Payment records: as required by UK tax and accounting obligations
- Marketing/guide requests: until you ask to be removed, or you become inactive for an extended period
Who I Share Your Data With
I do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. I may share limited data with:
- Stripe — to process payments securely; Stripe has its own privacy policy governing how it handles payment data
- Squarespace — as the platform hosting this website and its forms/analytics
- Any professional you are referred to — only with your explicit knowledge and consent, where relevant to your case (e.g. if working alongside a solicitor or other professional at your request)
I will never share information about your child's specific case with a third party without your consent, except where required by law.
